I cannot log in, what should I do?

I placed my order. When will I receive it? 

After the order arrives, we prepare all our personalized products within 48 hours at the latest and deliver them to the cargo company. The delivery of your order to you is at the discretion of the cargo company, and it takes 1-3 days to deliver anywhere in Turkey, except for remote districts, villages and towns.

I did not see a gift wrap option, how will the products in my order be packaged?

All the products you purchase are individually gift-wrapped with care. This service is offered "free of charge" for all products you have purchased.

Which cargo company do you deliver with?

As keyifcishop.com, we attach great importance to ensuring that the gifts you purchase reach you and your loved ones quickly and safely. We have an agreement on this matter………. We specifically state to the authorities the importance of your products reaching their destination on time and our expectations in this regard. We state that you can track the cargo of the products you have ordered through our website, and in case of any problems in this regard, we kindly ask you to contact the cargo company or our call center directly.

Can you deliver on a date I want?

Since your orders are delivered to you through the cargo company and the cargo company does not guarantee delivery on the specified date, we cannot give such a guarantee.

Can you deliver on Sunday? 

We make deliveries through cargo companies. Working hours of cargo companies are: 08:00 - 18:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays. Cargo companies do not operate on public - religious holidays and Sundays. In addition, since the distribution is made within the route, it is not possible to ensure delivery by specifying a time to the cargo officers.

How much is the shipping cost? 

The shipping fee for all orders within Turkey, without any discrimination, is 80.00 TL. Shipping is free for all your orders over 500 TL within the scope of our campaign. The shipping cost is collected by adding it to your invoice total during the order. 

How can I pay for my order? 

Credit Card: Your credit card information is reliably entered directly into the bank database with the SSL certified Virtual POS System and cannot be seen by anyone other than the bank.

Money Transfer: If you are using internet banking, you can transfer money from your own account as EFT/MONEY TRANSFER, or if you do not have a bank account, you can make your payment by following the Cardless transactions menu at the nearest ………… ATM.
